ABOUT
US.
The Gobal Low and Middle Income Cerebral Palsy Register (GLM CPR) is a collaborative network involving a group of organisations and individuals with no documented obligations.
Our purpose is to collect and share information, resources, tools, and lessons and enhance communication and support.

We are connected through shared interest and maintain collaboration in a non-hierarchical manner where each of the participating individuals’ bonds equal ownership of this collaboration.
HOW IT WORKS.
Our network of registers collects and harmonises information about individuals with Cerebral Palsy in LMICs with a common goal and provides a platform for researchers to conduct studies for a global understanding of Cerebral Palsy in the majority world population.
We collect data on a range of factors, including socio-demographic characteristics, birth details, clinical characteristics, severity of Cerebral Palsy, early detection, intervention, integration, and care. The information is collected through a standardised protocol, which ensures that data is comparable across different countries and regions.
OUR
PEOPLE.
The GLM CPR network is privileged to have a pool of talented and committed collaborators from a wide range of disciplines making a difference in the lives of individuals with cerebral palsy every day.
Through shared expertise and resources, working groups facilitate the exchange of ideas, drive innovative research initiatives, and promote the development of comprehensive interventions.

Our working group members provide strategic direction and technical expertise to the GLM CPR collaborators. It is a two-way advisory forum that facilitates the assessment and review of proposals, technical support, implementation activities, and overall formulation of strategies to achieve the overarching goal of GLM CPR.
OUR FUNDERS.
The GLM CPR activities are currently funded by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation and the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), Australia.
