BACKGROUND
The GLM CPR Community of Practice (CoP) is a multi-country implementation science initiative designed to improve access to early detection and early intervention (ED & EI) services for children with cerebral palsy (CP) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Through this CoP we aim to:
Strengthen professional development, knowledge exchange, and case-based learning to improve ED & EI capabilities in LMICs.
Generate pooled data on feasibility and accuracy of implementing internationally recommended early detection practices in resource-limited settings.
Scale up early intervention services that respond to the realities of children with CP in LMICs.
Develop a shared research protocol to support future multi-country studies on ED & EI for children with CP.
